The use of our facilities requires a minimum age of 4. Children aged 4 and 5 can enter with adult supervision. In this case, the accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket.
No, they don't need to. Only our guests who want to go on our facilities need to purchase tickets.
Everyone who wants to use the park's facilities must complete our registration process, as it includes a liability waiver in addition to the park's regulations, which every guest must accept. Guests under 18 years old must be registered under the name of a parent/legal guardian.
If you know at least 48 hours in advance, you can change the time slot associated with your ticket in your own account. Otherwise, please contact us via our email addresses, and we will assist you.
The voucher can be redeemed both online when purchasing tickets and on-site. The voucher cannot be exchanged for a different type of ticket, product, or service, and it is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
